2. Me and my family

My name is Michal Rameš and I'm 19 years old. Something about my figure: I'm quite tall, I have got dark brown straight hair and gray eyes and oval face. I was born in Prague on 29th April 1982. Now about my education: I visited basic school in Prague from 1988 to 1993. Then I have visited Eight – Year Private Grammar School with the School – leaving examination (remark: its British equivalent is GCE) from 1993 to 2001. I would like to study farther the Mathematics – Physics College. I would say about my hobbies about this: I read various kind of books, mainly adventures, science-fiction, documents, literature of fact, sometimes a roman and hardly ever a poetry.

Now I shall talk about my family. I have a Sister, Mother and Father. My Father is 56 years old and works with a computer for several companies. My mother is 49 years old and works as an accountant. Sister is two years older than me, so she is 21. She works in a travel agency, she likes sports, especially aerobic, cycling and swimming. Whole our family lives under one roof. What about my grandparents? They are parents of my Mother. My Father's parents aren't alive. My grandfather is 79 years old and grandmother is 76 years old. We visit them one time a month in a school year and on holiday. I help them, because I feel useful for another people, and I consider it as one the most beautiful things.

My favourite place in Czech Republic are Smidary (there live my grandparents) and Jizerské hory, because there is our cottage.

I often help my parents at home with cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and other house chores. We have also a plenty of domestic animals – pets, so I usually help to take care of them. I go shopping very often and help watering the garden.

My family is very important to me. My parents are nice, although sometimes they are tired and become moody or sad. But I know I can rely them and they always try to help me. I thing this is the way, a family is supposed to work. They should help each other and so they become and team.

I'd like to have a family like this in the future, me too.
